基于模糊效用的轨道板预制厂布设方案绿色度评价 被引量:1

Research on the Green Degree Evaluation of the Layout for Track Slab Precast Yard Based on Fuzzy Utility

摘要 将绿色施工的概念引入轨道板预制厂的布设中,构建一种无砟轨道板预制厂布设绿色度的评价体系。通过对评价指标进行模糊效用的评定,对评价结果进行二维信息扩散;结合极差最大化组合模型确定指标的组合权重,得到轨道板预制厂布设的绿色评价结果,并通过实例印证了该评价模型的实用性及合理性。研究结果表明,轨道板预制厂布设的绿色度评价体系应考虑21个评价指标和节能环保、施工效率、节地、节财及以人为本5个因素;利用信息扩散的方法可有效的解决轨道绿色施工信息量小和专家评判的主观性问题;结合极差最大化组合赋权法,可以对轨道板预制厂绿色布设程度进行更为客观的评价;案例中定远轨道板预制厂布设的绿色水平中等。 In this paper,the concept of “green construction” was introduced into the layout of track slab precast yard,and an evaluation system for the green degree of ballastless track slab precast yard was constructed. Moreover,the fuzzy utility of the indicators was assessed and two-dimensional diffusion of the evaluation results was carried out.The combined weight of the indicators was determined using the maximal portfolio weighting method,and the green evaluation results of the layout for track slab precast yard was obtained.The results indicate that the green degree evaluation system of track slab precast yard should be considered from five aspects (energy saving and environmental protection,construction efficiency,land saving,money saving and people-oriented) and 21 evaluation indexes.Thus,the information diffusion method can effectively solve the problem due to the small amount of information regarding the green construction of tracks,and the issue because of the subjectivity of experts' judgement.Moreover,the green layout of precast yard can be evaluated empirically by combining the maximal portfolio weighting method.Hence,Dingyuan track slab precast yard has a medium green level.
