摘要
分析了高职高专人才培养现状及存在的问题,如高职教育发展迅速,但课程设计过于重视理论培养,不重视学生的专业技能培养,办学教育开放性不强,没有坚持以就业为导向,与社会企业之间的合作较少,没有给予学生充分的社会实践机会,学生缺乏上岗经验,专业技能有所欠缺,师资力量不足,教师自身的实践能力较弱。提出建立以就业为导向的人才培养模式,如强化专业课程设置,完善实践训练体系;组建高水平的教师团队,提升教师的专业素养;加强学生职业生涯规划,提升专业技能;积极与企业合作对接;突出办学特色,树立品牌,以提升学生的工作能力,构建更加合理的教学体系。
This paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,such as the rapid development of higher vocational education,but the curriculum design attaches too much importance to theoretical training,the training of students’ professional skills,the opening of school-running education is not strong,the employment-oriented education is not adhered to,the cooperation with social enterprises is less,the students are not given sufficient opportunities for social practice,students lack of employment,and teachers’ own practical ability is weak. It puts forward the establishment of employment-oriented personnel training mode,such as strengthening professional curriculum,improving practical training system,forming high-level teachers’ team,improving teachers’ professional quality,strengthening students’ career planning,enhancing professional skills,actively cooperating with enterprises,highlighting school-running characteristics,establishing brand,so as to enhance students’ working ability and build a more reasonable one.
