In order to meet the needs of financial management market for financial management talents,the teaching quality of financial management should be continuously improved. Through the analysis of the current situation of the teaching of financial management course,it finds out the problems existing in the training of students’ practical ability in the teaching of financial management,and puts forward some reform methods and countermeasures of the teaching of financial management so as to achieve the purpose of training students’ practical ability.
