摘要
立足于科研项目经费管理工作实际,分析了科研项目经费管理存在的各类典型性问题,提出了精细化科研项目经费管理的观点。阐述了建立科研项目经费精细化管理的制度体系,搭建科研项目经费信息化管理平台,建立科研项目精细化绩效考评机制等一系列措施,以有效提升科研水平和科研产出质量。
Based on the reality of scientific research project funds management,this paper analyses various typical problems existing in scientific research project funds management,and puts forward the viewpoint of fine scientific research project funds management. It expounds a series of measures,such as establishing a system of fine management of scientific research project funds,building an information management platform of scientific research project funds,and establishing a fine performance evaluation mechanism of scientific research projects,so as to effectively improve the level of scientific research and the quality of scientific research output.
