科技档案管理工作在实践中遇到了很多问题,如归档记录不详细,档案管理系统不成熟;档案管理成本较高,工作环境较差;归档方式杂乱,管控处罚机制不完善;无法修正档案中的错误信息,管理方式较为落后。针对这些问题提出了提高科技档案管理效率的有效方法,如建立完善的档案管理体系,接受先进的管理理念;完善归档信息,做好流程记录;引进人工智能化辅助技术,减轻人力劳动负担;加强对档案人才的培养力度,重视学科发展趋势,以期提高科技档案管理的智能化水平。

The management of scientific and technological archives meets many problems in practice,such as the lack of detailed archiving records and immature archives management system;the high cost of archives management and the poor working environment;the disorder of archiving methods and the imperfect mechanism of control and punishment;the inability to correct the erroneous information in archives and the backward management methods.Aiming at these problems,it puts forward some effective methods to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological archives management,such as establishing a perfect archives management system,accepting advanced management concepts,perfecting archiving information and making good process records,introducing artificial intelligence assistant technology to reduce the burden of human labor,strengthening the training of archives talents,and attaching importance to the development trend of disciplines,with a view to improving scientific and technological archives management.
