销售人员应具备的素质与能力

摘要 销售人员应具备诸多素质,如知识素质、心理素质、综合素质。销售人员要完善自身的知识结构,并在实践工作中应用这些知识。要冷静地面对所有棘手问题,不要发生不必要的冲突,以免影响企业的经济利益。要具有一颗强大的自信心和严谨认真的工作态度。管理能力、社交能力、沟通能力、观察能力和分析能力是销售人员应具备的基本能力。提出了做好销售管理的策略,如创新薪酬管理机制,进行科学的分工与协作,构建完善的业绩评估制度,以期提高销售人员的销售能力,为企业创造出更大的经济价值。 Salesmen should possess qualities such as knowledge quality,psychological quality and comprehensive quality. Salesmen should perfect their own knowledge structure and apply this knowledge in practical work. Salesmen should calmly face all difficult problems and avoid unnecessary conflicts,so as to avoid affecting the economic interests of enterprises. Comprehensive quality needs salesmen to have a strong self-confidence and strictness. Management ability,social ability,communication ability,observation ability and analysis ability are the basic abilities that salesmen should possess. It puts forward some strategies to improve sales management,such as innovating salary management mechanism,scientific division of labor and collaboration,and building a perfect performance evaluation system,so as to improve sales ability of salesmen and create greater economic value for enterprises.
