摘要 针对管壳式换热器设备,研究了影响其换热效率的直接因素,如换热管的结垢问题、换热管的堵塞问题。结果表明:对水冷器原始结构参数进行改进后,通过在管壳式换热器换热管内安装自清洁强化传热设备,显著提高了传热效率。 As to the shell-and-tube heat exchanger equipment, the direct factors affecting its heat transfer efficiency,such as fouling of heat exchanger tubes and blockage of heat exchanger tubes, are studied. The results show that after improving the original structure parameters of the water cooler, self-cleaning heat transfer enhancement equipment is installed in the heat exchanger tube of shell-and-tube heat exchanger, which greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency.
