摘要
永磁调速技术是一种创新型节能技术,该技术采用稀土永磁材料利用非接触方式传递扭矩,借助调节间隙实现对水泵的无级调速。永磁调速技术具有结构简单、环境适应性强、维护简单等特点。为此,文章对永磁调速器在凝结水泵上的节能改造运用进行分析,以求更好地发挥相关技术的优势。
Permanent magnet speed regulation technology is an innovative energy-saving technology, which uses rare earth permanent magnet material to transfer torque in a non-contact way, and realizes stepless speed regulation of pumps by adjusting clearance. Permanent magnet speed regulation technology has the characteristics of simple structure, strong environmental adaptability and simple maintenance. For this reason, this paper analyses the application of permanent magnet governor in energy-saving transformation of condensate pump, in order to better play the advantages of related technologies.
