火电机组无辅助蒸汽启动技术探讨

Discussion on Steam Starting Technology without Auxiliary for Thermal Power Unit

火电厂由于不配备启动锅炉或者因环保要求造成启动锅炉需要拆除等情况时,厂内机组全停后再次启动第一台机组,将面临无辅助蒸汽汽源启动。因此就火电机组无辅助蒸汽启动过程存在的问题进行了分析,并针对相应问题总结了启动经验,对其制定的的技术措施进行了阐述,同时还对主要存在的问题提出了设想解决方案,希望对存在此类情况的机组有所借鉴。

If the thermal power plant is not equipped with a start-up boiler or if the start-up boiler needs to be dismantled due to environmental protection requirements, the first unit will be restarted after the whole unit is stopped,and the auxiliary steam source will be started. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the non-assisted steam starting process of thermal power units, summarizes the starting experience for the corresponding problems, expounds the technical measures formulated, and proposes solutions to the main problems, which can be used as a reference for units with such situations.
