硫化硅橡胶防污涂料在高原油田中压电气设备上的应用与研究

Application and Research of Vulcanized Silicone Antifouling Coatings on Medium Voltage Electric Equipment in Plateau Oilfield

青海油田供水供电公司坐落于青海省茫崖市,紧邻尕斯库勒湖北缘,海拔高度在2 900~3 400 m之间递变,肩负着油田花土沟地区生产建设、基地生活与茫崖地区部分单位经济发展所需的供电、供水任务,以及为各采油区提供建设、生活用电保障的任务。阐述了高原地区供电设施所面临的困境,分析了国内外防污闪涂料技术状况及发展,研究了硫化硅橡胶防污闪涂料喷涂及实际运行情况,希望该技术可以延长电气设备的使用寿命及检修周期。

Qinghai Oilfield Water Supply and Power Company is located in Mangya city, Qinghai province, which is close to the edge of Gaskule lake. Its altitude varies from 2900 m to 3400 m. It shoulders the tasks of power supply and water supply for the production and construction of Huatugou area, the base life and the economic development of some units in Mangya area, as well as the tasks of providing construction and living electricity security for each oil production area. The predicament faced by power supply facilities in plateau area is expounded, the technical status and development of anti-pollution flashover coatings at home and abroad are analyzed, and the spraying and actual operation of vulcanized silicone anti-pollution flashover coatings are studied. It is hoped that this technology can prolong the service life and maintenance cycle of electrical equipment.
