进入"十三五"以来,国际国内形势发生着深刻变化,我国经济正由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,企业面临的宏观经济形势不容乐观。Z公司作为我国新能源装备骨干制造企业,在发展的过程中面临着成本利润率低、各项费用持续上涨等各种经营困难,实现高质量发展目标难度很大。通过对Z公司现状的剖析及精益生产管理实践做法的总结,提出了精益生产管理方式在制造业实践应用中需要注意的几个关键因素。

Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the international and domestic situation has undergone profound changes.China’s economy is changing from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development. The macroeconomic situation faced by enterprises is not optimistic. As a backbone manufacturer of new energy equipment in China, Z Company is facing various operational difficulties such as low cost-profit margin and rising costs in the process of development. It is very difficult to achieve high-quality development goals. Through the analysis of Z company’s current situation and the summary of lean production management practice, this paper puts forward several key factors that should be paid attention to in the application of lean production management in manufacturing practice.
