摘要
针对苯乙烯装置乙苯/蒸汽管道散热量过大以及蒸汽过热炉B室超负荷运行的问题,采用具有纳米技术的新型超级绝热材料热盾毯对高温管道进行了保温改造,对比了热盾毯与硅酸铝针刺毯的保温效果。800-P-30401管道采用热盾毯保温改造后与硅酸铝针刺毯相比,表面散热面积减少了22.7%,热流密度减少了43.9%;年节能量为1436.5GJ,折合干气价值6.51万元,节能增效效果显著,同时解决了蒸汽过热炉B室超负荷运行问题。
In view of the excessive heat dissipation of the ethylbenzene/steam pipeline and the overload operation of the B-chamber of the steam superheating furnace in the styrene unit, the insulation of the high temperature pipeline was modified with a thermal shield blanket, a new type of super thermal insulation material using nanotechnology, and application effect was compared between the thermal shield blanket and the aluminum silicate needle blanket insulation material. The results show that, compared with the aluminum silicate needle blanket, after modified with the thermal shield blanket, the surface heat dissipation area of 800-P-30401 pipeline is reduced by 22.7%, the heat flux density is reduced by 43.9%, and the annual energy saving is 1 436.5 GJ, equivalent to dry gas value of 65 100 yuan. The energy-saving effect and economic benefit are significant, and meanwhile the problem of overload operation of the B-chamber in steam superheating furnace has been solved.
