社会工作职业化进程中的高校校外实践教学建设研究 被引量:3

摘要 高校社会工作专业校外实践教学具有“双层”生态系统,一是教务系统,一是机构为主体的本专业的职业化系统;而以机构为主体的中国社会工作职业化进程的本土情境体现为资源依赖,并有着政府主导的政府、街道和社区三方互动关系结构为基础的本土化工作情境。因此,以社会工作职业化进程为背景,高校校外实践教学需要“嵌入”社会工作职业化的系统情境,以“共赢”为导向,兼顾机构和实习单位(包括学生)的需求,精心设计合作内容和形式,规避可能对社会工作职业化产生的不利风险,并在职业化发展中发挥高校的主动性。 The off-campus practical teaching of social work profession in colleges and universities has a "two-tier" ecosystem, one is educational administration system, the other is professionalization system of social work with institution as the main subject. The localization context of professionalization of Chinese social work with institutions as the main body is reflected as resource dependence and the localization context has localization working context based on "government, subdistrict and community" relation structure led by government. Therefore, under the professionalization of social work, the off-campus practical teaching of social work needs to embed the systematic situation of social work professionalization, take "win-win" as guidance and take the needs of institutions and practice units (including students) into account, make cooperation content and form well-designed, avoid the possible adverse risks,and play the initiative role of colleges and universities in the development of professionalization.
