摘要
介绍了基于内容的推荐算法、基于模型的推荐算法、基于规则的推荐算法和协同过滤算法,优化算法后构建了零售价值客户流失模型,理财、基金产品推荐模型,信用卡潜在客户挖掘模型三种营销场景的推荐模型,实现深挖客户特征,不断优化营销策略,提升银行金融产品和服务的创新能力。
This paper introduced recommendation algorithms based on item, model, rule, and collaborative filtering algorithm. Also it built up the optimized algorithms for retail VIP customer churn warning, finance and fund products recommendation, and potential credit customer recommendation. It deeply analyzed the customer characteristics to optimize the marketing strategy and to promote innovation ability of new product and service in the bank.
