摘要
目的 探讨扁平苔癣低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、葡萄糖转运因子-1(GLUT-1)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达,并分析三者在扁平苔癣发病中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法,检测45例扁平苔癣病人皮损组织HIF-1α、GLUT-1及MMP-2蛋白表达和分布情况,以35例正常人皮肤组织作为对照。结果 扁平苔癣皮损组织中HIF-1α、GLUT-1及MMP-2的表达阳性率分别为86.6%、88.9%和85.7%,均高于对照组(χ^2=23.74~40.00,P<0.01)。扁平苔癣皮损组织中HIF-1α、MMP-2和GLUT-1表达均呈正相关(r=0.98~0.99,P<0.05)。结论 扁平苔癣皮损组织中HIF-1α、GLUT-1及MMP-2均过表达,三者与扁平苔癣的发生与发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), glucose transporter 1 (GLUT-1), and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in lichen planus and their role in the pathogenesis of lichen planus. Me- thods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression and distribution of HIF-1α, GLUT-1, and MMP-2 proteins in the skin lesions of 45 patients with lichen planus, and the skin tissue samples from 35 healthy individuals were collected as control group. Results In the skin lesions of lichen planus, the positive rates of HIF-1α, GLUT-1, and MMP-2 were 86.6%,88.9%, and 85.7%, respectively, which were higher than the positive rates in the control group (χ^2=23.74-40.00, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between HIF-1α, GLUT-1, and MMP-2 in the skin lesions of lichen planus (r =0.98-0.99, P <0.05). Conclusion Overexpression of HIF-1α, GLUT-1, and MMP-2 is observed in the skin lesions of lichen planus, and HIF-1α, GLUT-1, and MMP-2 are associated with the development and progression of lichen planus.
