平贝母收获机铲土机构液压系统设计与仿真 被引量:6

摘要 本文阐述了平贝母收获机铲土机构的结构和液压系统的工作原理。根据液压元件、工作装置的结构布置和设计尺寸,应用AMESim仿真软件对铲土铲的升降油缸回路系统进行了建模与仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的液压升降机构满足使用要求,可为铲土机构液压系统的设计和优化提供理论依据。 This paper describes the structure of the shovel mechanism of the Fritillaria harvester and the working principle of the hydraulic system.According to the hydraulic components,the structural arrangement and design dimensions of the working device,the AMESim simulation software was used to model and simulate the lifting cylinder circuit system of the shovel.The simulation results show that the designed hydraulic lifting mechanism meets the requirements of use,which can provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the hydraulic system of the shoveling mechanism.
