江苏省“3+4”分段培养模式的教育管理方法研究

Research on Educational Management Method of "3+4" Sectional Training Model in Jiangsu Province

文章以泰州学院某专业“3+4”培养模式的学生为研究对象,对他们的成长环境、自身特点以及招生背景进行了调研,在此基础上重点分析了“3+4”学生所表现的行为特点产生的原因。同时,对照普招学生的培养标准和企业对人才需求的基本要求,提出了对“3+4”培养模式的具体的教育管理方法。

This paper takes the students of "3 + 4" training mode of a major in Taizhou University as the research object,investigates their growth environment, own characteristics and enrollment background.Based on all these, the causes of their outstanding characteristics are analyzed. At the same time,according to the training standard of general enrollment students and the basic requirements of enterprises for talent demand, the specific educational management method of "3+4" training mode is put forward.
