摘要
通过对普通高校一线体育教师教学的研究,提出用创新教育的理念和分层教学的递进教学模式实施体育教育。教师利用分层教学的特有性质,对在实施创新教育过程中所遇到的问题进行监控,并对学生的体质和健康状况做出检测,从而为创新教育体系搭建一个更好的平台。体育分层创新教育能依据高校学生的身心特点,充分培养学生的创新意识、创新精神、创新能力,为社会培养出具有终身体育理念和身心协调发展的体育人才。
Through a new understanding of the teaching of front-line PE teachers in Colleges and universities, this paper uses the concept of innovative education and progressive teaching mode of hierarchical teaching to carry out education, and how teachers make use of the unique nature of hierarchical teaching in the course of teaching, and how to monitor the problems encountered in the process of implementing innovative education, and to test the system and health status of students, so as to make more progress. Good quality education for students to build a better platform for innovative education system. Based on the physical and mental characteristics of College students, this paper aims to fully cultivate students' innovative consciousness, spirit and ability as the main innovative sports stratified education, and strive for the cultivation of lifelong sports and sports talents with coordinated physical and mental development in the new century.
