摘要
房产委托公证,大致有三种情况:一是以处分房产为内容的委托公证。二是以担保为目的的委托公证。三是一般事务性公证,前两种公证,存在较大风险,可能给委托人和受托人带来经济损失,也可能给公证处带来麻烦。只有做好房产委托公证中的风险防范,才能起到预防诉讼、息纷止争的作用。
The property commission notarization is an activity that the notary authority proves the authenticity and legitimacy of the property commission act of the principal according to the application of the principal.There are roughly three kinds of cases in which the house property is entrusted notarization: first, the entrusted notarization with the content of disposing of the house property. Second, Notarization of commission for the purpose of guaranteeing. Third, general notarization, that is, only entrusted to handle real estate related affairs.The first two kinds of notarization have great risks, which may bring economic losses to the principal and the trustee, or trouble to the notary office. Only by doing a good job of risk prevention in the real estate commission notarization, can we play the role of preventing lawsuits and resolving disputes.
