品管圈在爱婴医院产科提高纯母乳喂养率的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Rate of Exclusive Breastfeeding in Obstetrics and Gynecology Obstetrics Hospital Department of Obstetrics

目的研究品管圈在爱婴医院产科提高纯母乳喂养率的临床应用价值。方法将2016年11月至2017年12月于爱婴医院产科就诊的93例分娩产妇随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=47),给予对照组常规产科护理,观察组则在此基础上添加品管圈,对比两组产妇母乳喂养情况。结果护理后,观察组产妇的母乳喂养认知程度总分(36.10±4.33分)高于对照组(27.61±5.31分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其母乳喂养成功率(97.87%)明显优于对照组(73.91%),乳腺炎及乳房胀痛发生率(8.51%)较之(30.43%)更低,组间对比均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在爱婴医院产科中对分娩产妇应用品管圈可有效提高纯母乳喂养率,减少产妇乳腺疾病发生,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of quality control circle in improving the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in obstetrics department of baby-friendly hospital. Methods From November 2016 to December 2017,93 parturients were randomly divided into control group(n=46) and observation group(n=47). The control group was given routine obstetric care, while the observation group was given quality control circle on the basis of which, and the breastfeeding situation of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the total score of breast-feeding awareness in the observation group(36.10 +4.33) was higher than that in the control group(27.61 +5.31), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the success rate of breast-feeding in the observation group(97.87%) was significantly better than that in the control group(73.91%), and the incidence of mastitis and breast swelling pain(8.51%) was lower than that in the control group(30.43%). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Significance. Conclusion The application of quality control circle in obstetrics department of baby-friendly hospital can effectively improve the rate of pure breast-feeding and reduce the incidence of breast diseases among parturients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
