新世纪以来中国的欧洲猎巫运动史研究

A Review of China's Research on European Witch Hunting in the Past Twenty Years

欧洲中世纪晚期和近代早期的猎巫运动,是一场持续了三个半世纪、遍及整个欧洲的运动。这一运动对欧洲的现代化进程产生了深远的影响。中国学界关于欧洲猎巫运动史的研究起步于21世纪初,并取得了一定的成果。受西方学者的启发,中国学者对欧洲猎巫运动的历史分期、兴衰原因、性质及其历史意义等进行了探讨,提出了一些独到的见解。但是,相对于西方学者而言,中国学者对欧洲猎巫运动史的研究还比较薄弱,就某些问题的分析不够深入,既有的研究方法尚存在一些问题,研究视野有待拓展。因此,关于欧洲猎巫运动史的研究尚存在巨大的潜力。

Witch hunting was a movement that had lasted for almost four centuries throughout Europe.It had a profound influence on the modernization process of Europe.The research on the history of European witch hunting movement in Chinese historical circle started in the early 21 st century.Inspired by western scholars,domestic scholars investigated the reasons for the rise and fall of witch hunting,the object,scope,stages and historical significance of witch hunting,emphatically demonstrated the nature of witch hunting,and put forward insightful views on the controversial issues.Compared with the western scholars,the domestic research in this area is relatively weak,the analyses of some problems are not deep enough,there are still some problems in the existing research methods,and the research fields need to be expanded.Therefore,there is a great potential in the study of witch hunting in China.
