Flexibility Coordination Assessment of Distribution Network Considering Uncertainty and Initiative

柔性评估是适应未来电网发展需要的综合评价方法。文中提出被动柔性和主动柔性的概念研究配电网中的不确定性和主动性要素,形成柔性评估的计算模型。同时,提出基于改进离散化隐枚举(DIEM)方法的计算流程。通过柔性指标的评估与匹配,结合节点的柔性水平计算与线路N-k校验,发掘配电网的薄弱环节。结合算例分析表明,所提出的方法能够提高系统的可靠性与安全性。

Flexible assessment is a comprehensive evaluation method which meets the requirements of future power grid development.This paper proposes the concept of passive and active flexibility to study the uncertainty and initiative elements in the distribution network and forms a calculation model for flexible assessment.At the same time,it proposes the computational flow based on the improved discrete implicit enumeration (DIEM) method.Through the evaluation and matching of flexible indicators,combined with the flexible level calculation of node and N-k verification of line,the weakness of distribution network could be explored.Combined with the analysis of the example,it is shown that the proposed method can improve the reliability and safety of the system.
