面向分布式电源消纳的配电网—配水网经济调度方法 被引量:18

摘要 配电网和配水网都是城市能源供应的关键基础设施。为了解决配水网中电水泵电费过高的问题,同时寻求一种提升配电网分布式可再生能源消纳水平的方法,文中将配电网与配水网通过电水泵互联耦合,成为一种水能互联系统,并提出了一种配电网-配水网联合优化调度方法。该方法使得系统中的电水泵可以集中在风机出力较大、电价较低的时段运行,在节省电费的同时有助于解决系统弃风量大的问题。构建算例对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法可以有效提升系统风电消纳水平、显著降低整体运行成本,同时有助于改善水泵运行方式、提高配电网电压质量。配电网-配水网联合调度还依托于合理的蓄水池容量,合理的蓄水池容量可显著改善配电网-配水网联合调度运行的经济性。 Power distribution network (PDN) and water distribution system (WDS) are major infrastructures for the urban power supply.In order to cut off the high electricity expense of water pumps in WDS and find a way to accommodate more distributed renewable energy resource in PDN,the PDN is coupled with WDS through water pumps to form a water-energy nexus,and a joint PDN-WDS optimal dispatch method is also proposed.In this method,water pumps mainly run during periods when wind power output is high,and electricity price is low.The electricity expense is reduced and the issue of wind power curtailment is solved at the same time.A case study is provided to show that the method proposed can obviously improve wind power accommodation ability,as well as reduce the total expense of the system.It also suggests that the method helps improve the operation pattern of water pumps and has a positive effect on voltage quality of PDN.The joint PDN-WDS optimal dispatch also relies on appropriate reservoir capacity,which can significantly improve the economy of joint PDN-WDS dispatch operation.
