自体外周血干细胞移植治疗皮肤结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤一例 被引量：2

Autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for treatment of cutenous NK/T cell lymphoma, nasal type: report of a case

摘要 报道1例皮肤结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。患者女,26岁。腰背部红斑、结节6个月,加重2个月,发热1个月。皮肤病理:(腰部)符合结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。使用改良SMILE(地塞米松/甲氨蝶呤/异环磷酰胺/培门冬酶/依托泊苷)方案化疗6个周期后进行自体外周血干细胞移植,现已存活12个月,皮损临床治愈,至今未复发。自体外周血干细胞移植是治疗皮肤结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的有效方法。
