袁少英治疗气滞血瘀型慢性前列腺炎用药规律

Yuan Shao-ying's Medication Rules of Treating Chronic Prostatitis of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的:探讨袁少英教授治疗气滞血瘀型慢性前列腺炎的用药规律。方法:收集袁教授门诊诊治的气滞血瘀型慢性前列腺炎患者病历,基于中医传承辅助系统构建数据库,进而利用该系统的数据分析模块中包含的关联法则算法为核心的方法,解构并得出针对气滞血瘀型慢性前列腺炎中药处方的药物频数、规则分析、药物频次、关联系数及核心药物等。结果:使用次数较多的中药有:甘草、失笑散、蛇莓、延胡索等。置信度组合≥0. 8的关联药对有:失笑散→延胡索;槐花→蛇莓;槐花→野葡萄根;延胡索、甘草→失笑散等。结论:袁少英教授治疗慢性前列腺炎常用具有活血化瘀、破血行血并兼解毒化浊之效的药物。

Objective: To explore the medication rules of professor Yuan Shao-ying in treating chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods: The medical records of patients with chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type diagnosed and treated by Professor Yuan in outpatient clinic were collected,the database was constructed based on TCM inheritance assistant system,and then the frequency,rule analysis,frequency,correlation coefficient of Chinese medicine prescriptions for chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were deconstructed and core drugs,etc. were obtained by using the method of association rule algorithm included in the data analysis module of the system. Results: The frequently-used TCM included Gancao( Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae),Sundden Smile Powder,Shemei( Herba Duchesneae Indicae),Yanhusuo( Rhizoma Corydalis),etc. The associative drug pairs with confidence ratio ≥ were as follows: Shixiaosan-Yanhusuo;Huaihua( Flos Sophorae)-Shemei;Huaihuawild grape root;Yanhusuo-Gancao-Sundden Smile Powder. Conclusion: In treating chronic prostatitis,Professor Yuan often uses the drugs with the effects of activating blood circulation and removing and breaking blood stasis,removing toxicity and turbidity.
