摘要
采用无皂乳液原位聚合法,制得无溶剂FWPUA(有机氟改性聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯)复合乳液,研究了HFBA(丙烯酸六氟丁酯)含量对FWPUA胶膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:乳胶粒呈现核壳结构,粒径小于100 nm,并随HFBA含量的增加而增大;当w(HFBA)=5%时,聚合物具有良好的热稳定性,吸水率低至3.71%,水滴静态接触角达到93.35o,浸水行为测试证明聚合物中氟基团在表面伸展,呈现低表面能和防水性能。
Solvent-free FWPUA(fluorinated waterborne polyurethane/acrylate)composite emulsion was prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization in-situ. The effect of HFBA(hexafluorobutyl acrylate)content on the properties of FWPUA film was studied. The research results showed that the latex particles exhibited core-shell structure with particle size less than 100 nm and particle size increased with the increasing of HFBA content. When w(HFBA)=5%,the polymer had good thermal stability,water absorption was as low as 3.71%,and static contact angle of water droplets reached 93.35o. The immersion behavior test showed that the fluorine groups in the polymer extended on the surface,showing low surface performance and water resistance.
