摘要
目的对毛茛科乌头属植物直缘乌头Aconitum transsectum地上部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,经谱学数据(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS)进行结构鉴定。结果从直缘乌头的干燥茎叶用甲醇渗漉提取物中共分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为龙头乌碱甲(1)、14-乙酰塔拉地萨敏(2)、8-甲氧基黄草乌碱丁(3)、塔拉地萨敏(4)、黄草乌碱丁(5)、14-乙酰萨卡可尼亭(6)、forestine(7)、查斯曼宁(8)、crassicausine(9)、homochasmanine(10)、crassicautine(11)、8-去乙酰滇乌碱(12)、贡乌生(13)、黄草乌碱乙(14)、滇乌碱(15)、isotalatizidine(16)。结论化合物1~16均为首次从该植物地上部分分离得到,其中化合物1、3、9~11、13~14、16为首次从直缘乌头中分离得到。
Objective To study the diterpenoid alkaloids in the aerial parts of Aconitum transsectum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography from the aerial parts of A. transsectum, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis(1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR, MS). Results A total of 16 compounds were isolated from A.transsectum and characterized as longtoaconitine A(1), 14-acethyltalatisamine(2), 8-O-methylsachaconitine(3), talatisamine(4),vilmorrianine D(5), 14-acetylsachaconitine(6), forestine(7), chasmanine(8), crassicausine(9), homochasmanine(10), crassicautine(11), 8-deacetylyunaconitine(12), liljestrandisine(13), vilmorrianine B(14), yunaconitine(15), and isotalatizidine(16). Conclusion Compounds 1-16 are isolated from aerial parts of A. transsectum for the first time, and compounds 1, 3, 9-11, 13-14, and 16 are isolated from A. transsectum for the first time.
