摘要
目的分析银川市职业群体的工作压力对其期望生育子女数的影响,为生育意愿向生育行为的转化路径提供依据。方法采用现况研究,先用方便抽样法选择研究现场,然后用整群抽样对银川市10家单位1 026名职工进行问卷调查。结果 65.60%的职业人群期望生育2个孩子;工作压力处于中等水平,工作要求高的人群不想要孩子的可能性是工作要求低的人群的1.16倍(95%CI:1.01~1.32),相反,工作自主程度高的人群不想要孩子的可能性是自主程度低的人群的0.90倍(95%CI:0.83~0.98)。结论银川市职业群体的工作压力对其期望生育子女数有影响,可通过进一步加强社会支持,提高工作自主能力,缓解压力,促进二孩政策的全面实施。
Objective To understand the impact of work stress on the expected number of children among professional individuals in Yinchuan. Methods A convenient cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 1 026 employees from 10 working units in Yinchuan and a self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted. Results 65.60% of participants with a medium level of work stress showed their expectation of having two children.The possibility of not expecting any child among participants with high working enthusiasm was 1.155 times higher compared to those with low job demands(95% CI:1.01-1.32).However, the possibility of not expecting any child among subjects with high level of working autonomy was 0.90 times of that of those with low level of working autonomy(95% CI:0.83-0.98). Conclusions Work stress has a strong impact on the expected number of children among professional individuals in Yinchuan, therefore social support should be provided to release their stress in order to better implement the second-child policy.
