摘要
弥散强化是在金属基体中引入稳定、均匀、细小的第二相质点,通过阻碍位错的运动,从而强化材料的方法。本文釆用机械合金化法,成功制备出了磁学性能和力学性能良好的AI2O3弥散强化Fe-Ni基软磁合金材料。通过XRD、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM),软磁材料磁性测量和电子压缩试验等手段对其微观结构及性能进行了研究。
Dispersion-strengthen is an enhanced materials method through introducing second-phase particles into matrix to block movement. In this paper, aluminium-oxide-dispersion-strengthened Fe-Ni alloy with outstanding properties were prepared by mechanical alloying. XRD and FESEM materials analysis techniques, soft magnetic material magnetic measurement and compression test were used to study the microstructure and properties of aluminium oxide dispersion strengthened Fe-Ni alloy.
