摘要 介绍传统电脑横机的织针驱动结构、织针磁悬浮驱动结构、新型电磁铁阵列驱动结构的基本原理。针对传统针织横机编织原理存在振动大、能耗高的缺陷,在单磁铁-织针结构的基础上,设计一种新型电磁阵列式织针驱动机构。根据电磁理论分析,建立永磁织针的空间受力模型,推导出电磁线圈阵列作用下空间任意点的磁感应强度数学表达式,并利用Ansys Maxwell电磁仿真软件,仿真电磁铁阵列在水平移动过程中永磁织针轴向受力的变化规律。该研究可为电磁阵列式永磁织针驱动方法和电流参数设置提供理论参考,为新型横机的设计与制造奠定理论基础。 This paper introduces the basic principle of knitting needle driving structure of traditional computerized flat knitting machine, magnetic suspension driving structure of knitting needle and driving structure of new electromagnet array. Aiming at the defects of traditional computerized flat knitting machine, such as large vibration and high energy consumption, and based on the single magnet-needle structure, a new electromagnetic array knitting needle driving mechanism is designed. According to the electromagnetic theory, the spatial force model of the permanent magnet needle is established, and the mathematical expression of the magnetic induction intensity at any point in the space under the electromagnetic coil array is derived. The Ansys Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software is used to simulate the variation law of axial force of permanent magnet knitting needle during the horizontal movement of electromagnet array. This study can provide theoretical reference for electromagnetic array permanent magnet knitting needle driving method and current parameter setting, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design and manufacture of new flat knitting machine.
