显汗条件对针织运动服起球性能影响的研究

摘要 织物因潮湿和摩擦的共同作用会导致比较严重的起球,研究针织运动服在显汗吸湿条件下的起球性能具有重要意义。文中模拟了针织运动服的显汗穿着条件,参照GB/T22853—2009《针织运动服》测试方法,研究了显汗条件下,纯棉类、聚酯纤维与棉混纺类、吸湿速干类针织运动服面料的起球性能。结果表明,显汗条件对针织运动服的起球性能影响较大,同一试样,随着样品吸液率的增加,起球程度逐渐严重;纤维种类不同,显汗条件对针织运动服起球的影响程度不同,影响程度依次为聚酯纤维和棉混纺类<全棉类<吸湿速干功能类;建议GB/T22853-2009《针织运动服》引入湿态起球评价,使标准更符合实际服用情况。 The fabric can produce a serious pilling because of the combination of moisture and friction,so it is important to study the pilling performance of knitted sportswear under the condition of sweat absorption. In this paper,according to the test method of GB/T 22853-2009 “Knitted Sportswear”,it simulated the wearing conditions of knitted sportswear,and studied the pilling performance of several sportswear fabrics such as cotton,polyester and cotton blends,and the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying properties under the condition of sweating as well. The results show that the sweating condition has a great influence on the pilling performance of knitted sportswear. For the same sample,with the increase of the liquid absorption rate of the sample,the pilling degree is gradually more serious. And different fiber type has different pilling degree against the sweating conditions,which gives a sequence of pure cotton<polyester and cotton blended fabric<moisture absorption and quick drying function fabric. It suggests that GB/T 22853-2009 introduces wet pilling evaluation in order to make the standard more practical in use.
