Thoughts on Yangdan Syndrome and Yangdan Decoction

阳旦证就是中风证,也被称为桂枝证。阳旦汤是由《汤液经法》中小阳旦汤剂量加减后又重新命名的桂枝汤。"经方"的概念源自《汉书·艺文志·方技略》,是《伤寒论》对《汤液经法》中方剂的传承。张仲景在其著作中,时时强调"证"与"汤"的对应,提出了方证辨证的概念。方证辨证是与六经辨证、八纲辨证、脏腑辨证同等重要的辨证方法之一,是中医理论需要挖掘和完善的重要内容。

Yangdan syndrome is stroke syndrome,also known as Guizhi syndrome.Yangdan Decoction is Guizhi Decoction,which was renamed after adding or subtracting the dosage of Xiaoyangdan Decoction in Tangye Jingfa.The concept of "Jing Fang" originated from Hanshu· Yiwenzhi·Fangjie,which is the inheritance of Chinese prescriptions in Tangye Jingfa in Shanghan Lun.In his works,Zhang Zhongjing always emphasizes the correspondence between "syndrome" and " decoction ",and puts forward the concept of " syndrome differentiation of prescription and syndrome "."Syndrome differentiation of prescription and syndrome" is one of the equally important methods of syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,syndrome differentiation of eight principles and syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera.It is also an important content to be excavated and perfected in the theory of Chinese medicine.
