从“风火相煽”探讨温振风火法治疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿

"风气不足"之"火气不生"在慢性肾脏病蛋白尿发病中起重要作用。肝主厥阴风木之气,具有疏泄条达、调畅气机的作用;胆主少阳春生之气,具有升发敷布、推陈出新的作用。"风火相煽"的生理意义在于,肝风中必兼少阳之火,风借火势,火助风威,二者互为资助。温振风火是以具有生长、升发之性的"风药"来伸引、激发、振奋阳气。温振风火能鼓舞肝胆之气,升肾中阳气,较之单纯温阳更能增加化气行水之力,用于治疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿,疗效显著。代表方有温胆汤和黄芪桂枝五物汤。

"Huoqi Busheng" of "Fengqi Buzu" plays an important role in the pathogenesis of proteinuria in chronic kidney disease.The liver governs qi of wind and wood of Jueyin,which has the function of conveyance and dispersion,regulating qi movement.The gallbladder governs qi of spring festival of Shaoyang,which has the function of ascending and dredging,bringing forth the new through the old.The physiological significance of "Fenghuo Xiangshan" lies in that the fire of Shaoyang must be accompanied by liver-wind.The wind borrows fire and the fire helps the wind,both of which are mutually subsidized."Wenzhen Fenghuo" is to use the "wind medicine" with growth and rising nature to excuse,stimulate and invigorate the yang qi."Wenzhen Fenghuo" can encourage the qi of the liver and gallbladder,and increase the yang qi in the kidney.Compared with the simple Wenyang medicine,it can increase the power of producing qi and moving water.It can be used to treat proteinuria in chronic kidney disease with remarkable curative effect.The representative prescriptions are Wendan Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.
