摘要 丹参的有效成分主要包括脂溶性和水溶性两大类。其药理作用有抗肿瘤、防治心血管疾病、抗炎、抗氧化、放化疗增敏、护肝及其他药理作用(抗抑郁、保护神经、调节免疫等)。存在问题及研究方向:①关于丹参有效成分作用的具体机制还有待深入研究;②研究多集中在丹参及有效成分对单一信号通路的影响,缺少基于代谢组学、基因组学和蛋白组学相关结果的综合性分析和研究,缺少基于大数据背景下的生物信息学相关研究;③丹参及其有效成分的某些独特的结构特性也需进一步开发药物剂型,从而延长其生物半衰期,提高药效;④对丹参各成分间相互作用的研究少之又少,应进一步深入开展此方面研究。 The active ingredients of Salvia Miltiorrhiza mainly include fat-soluble and water-soluble.Its pharmacological effects include anti-tumor,prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy sensitization,liver protection and other pharmacological effects(anti-depression,nerve protection,immune regulation).Existing problems and research directions:①The specific mechanism of the active ingredients of Salvia Miltiorrhiza needs to be further studied.②Most studies focused on the effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza and active ingredients on single signaling pathway,lacking comprehensive analysis and research based on the results of metabolomics,genomics and proteomics,and lacking bioinformatics related research based on large data background.③Because of the unique structural characteristics of Salvia Miltiorrhiza and its active ingredients,it is necessary to further develop drug formulations,which can prolong its biological half-life and improve its pharmacodynamics.④Few studies have been done on the interaction between different components of Salvia Miltiorrhiza,and further studies should be carried out in this field.
