Professor Zheng Shaozhou′s Experience in Treating Dysphagia after Stroke with Banxia Houpu Decoction

吞咽障碍是中风后常见并发症,其病机为虚、痰、瘀、风、痰气阻喉,针对病机以补虚、化痰、破瘀、熄风,顺气化痰为治法。郑教授主张"先辨病,再辨证;辨病为先,辨证为主"的临床诊治原则,方选半夏厚朴汤加减,擅用黄芪、虫类药、破血消瘕药,并辨证选用中药注射剂,临床疗效明显。

Dysphagia is a common complication after stroke.Its pathogenesis is deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,wind and phlegm obstructing larynx.In view of the pathogenesis,it is treated by tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,drastically removing blood stasis,extinguishing wind and smoothing Qi to resolve phlegm.Professor Zheng advocates the principle of clinical diagnosis and treatment of "differentiating diseases first,then distinguishing syndrome;discriminating disease first and considering the syndrome differentiation as the core.The prescription is Modified Banxia Houpu Decoction.He is good at using Astragalus membranaceus,insect medicine,drastically removing blood stasis medicine,and dialectically choosing Chinese medicine injection,which has obvious clinical effect.
