益气通督手法对脾虚泻模型幼鼠消化吸收功能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Yiqi Tongdu Manipulation on Digestive and Absorption Function in Rats with Diarrhea Due to Spleen Deficiency

摘要 目的:探讨益气通督手法治疗脾虚泻的作用机理及益气通督手法中4种操作手法最佳治疗组合的筛选。方法:将90只幼年SD大鼠(SPF级)按体质量随机分为9组,即益气通督组、百会龟尾组、百会捏脊组、气海百会组、龟尾捏脊组、气海龟尾组、气海捏脊组、模型组及正常组,每组均为10只。应用L8(27)正交表进行正交试验分组设计,1个模型组和7个推拿组均灌胃番泻叶煎剂(20 mL·kg^-1,0.5 g·mL^-1)配合乙酸溶液(8%,0.5 mL)灌肠进行脾虚造模,7个推拿组均采用不同推拿方法干预(即在每日灌胃结束4 h后进行推拿治疗处理)。1个正常组采用灌胃生理盐水(20 mL·kg^-1)和生理盐水(0.5 mL)灌肠进行对照。每日治疗1次,治疗7 d后检测幼鼠的血清D-木糖水平、淀粉酶活性、琥珀酸脱氢酶活性等指标。结果:益气通督组对脾虚泻模型大鼠血清D-木糖水平、血清淀粉酶活性及血清琥珀酸脱氢酶活性均有明显的提高作用(P<0.05);其他手法组与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。从正交设计分析看,各因素对大鼠血清D-木糖水平、血清淀粉酶活性及血清琥珀酸脱氢酶活性水平的影响均不显著。结论:"益气通督手法"治疗脾虚泻的作用机理可能是通过提高血液淀粉酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性促进小肠的消化吸收功能而实现的;通过正交试验设计,证实了益气通督手法全组合不可分割,反映了按中医学辨证论治思想确定的手法组合的科学性和严谨性。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of Yiqi Tongdu manipulation for treatment of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency and the best combination of 4 kinds of Yiqitongdu manipulation.Methods:90 young SD rats(SPF grade) were randomly divided into 9 groups according to their body weight,namely Yiyi Tongdu group,Baihui Guiwei group,Baihui Chiropractic group,Qihai Baihui group,Guiwei Chiropractic group,Qihai Guiwei group,Qihai Chiropractic group,model group and normal group.There were ten rats in each group.L8(27) orthogonal table was used to design orthogonal experiment grouping.One model group and seven massage groups were given Senna Leaf Decoction(20 mL·kg^-1,0.5 g·mL^-1) combined with acetic acid solution(8%,0.5 mL) enema for spleen deficiency model.Seven massage groups were given different massage intervention methods(namely massage treatment 4 hours after the end of daily gastric lavage).A normal group was treated with saline enema(20 mL·kg^-1) and saline enema(0.5 mL).The serum D-xylose level,amylase activity and succinate dehydrogenase activity were measured after 7 days of treatment.Results:Yiqi Tongdu group significantly increased serum D-xylose level,serum amylase activity and serum succinate dehydrogenase activity in rats with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between other manipulation groups and model groups(P>0.05).From the orthogonal design analysis,all factors had no significant effect on serum D-xylose level,serum amylase activity and serum succinate dehydrogenase activity in rats.Conclusion:The mechanism of Yiqi Tongdu Manipulation in treating diarrhea due to spleen deficiency may be achieved by improving the activity of blood amylase and succinate dehydrogenase to promote the digestive and absorption function of small intestine.The orthogonal experimental design proves that the whole combination of Yiqi Tongdu manipulation is inseparable,which reflects the scientificity and rigor of the combination of manipulations determined by the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine.
