铁皮石斛茎、叶、花中黄酮含量及其体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:44

Study on the Content of Flavonoids in Stems,Leaves and Flowers of Dendrobium Officinale Kimura & Migo and Its Antioxidant Activity in Vitro

摘要 目的:探讨铁皮石斛不同部位黄酮含量以及其体外抗氧化活性,为其资源充分开发利用提供实验依据。方法:硝酸铝比色法测定黄酮含量,进行二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除率、2′-联氨-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(ABTS)自由基清除率以及超氧阴离子清除率的测定,评价体外抗氧化活性。结果:铁皮石斛茎、叶、花黄酮在不同的体外抗氧化体系中,均表现出了不同的抗氧化活性。其中铁皮石斛花黄酮在DPPH自由基清除率、ABTS自由基清除率以及超氧阴离子清除率的测定中均表现最优。结论:铁皮石斛茎、叶、花中黄酮类成分具有较高抗氧化活性,尤其是铁皮石斛花黄酮。 Objective:The flavonoids content in different parts of officinale Kimura & Migo and its antioxidant activity in vitro were investigated,which provided experimental basis for the full development and utilization of its resources.Methods:The content of flavonoids was determined by aluminium nitrate colorimetry.The antioxidant activity in vitro was evaluated by the free radical scavenging rate of diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH),2′-hydrazine-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS) and superoxide anion scavenging rate.Results:Flavonoids from stems,leaves and flowers of officinale Kimura & Migo showed different antioxidant activities in different antioxidant systems in vitro.The flavonoids of officinale Kimura & Migo in flowers were the best in the determination of DPPH free radical scavenging rate,ABTS free radical scavenging rate and superoxide anion scavenging rate.Conclusion:Flavonoids in stems,leaves and flowers of officinale Kimura & Migo have high antioxidant activity,especially in flowers of officinale Kimura & Migo.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for better development and utilization of officinale Kimura & Migo resources.
