补肾活血方联合低分子肝素钠治疗肾虚血瘀型抗磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产

Bushen Huoxue Prescription Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium in the Treatment of Recurrent Abortion with Positive Anti-phospholipid Antibody of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:观察补肾活血方联合低分子肝素钠治疗肾虚血瘀型抗磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产患者的临床疗效。方法:60例肾虚血瘀型抗磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组患者给予低分子肝素钠,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予补肾活血方。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、抗磷脂抗体转阴率、活产率及不良反应。结果:观察组临床疗效的有效率为93.33%,对照组为80.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后证候积分显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候疗效的有效率为90.00%,对照组为76.67%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组抗磷脂抗体转阴率为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组活产率为90.00%,对照组为76.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾活血方联合低分子肝素钠治疗肾虚血瘀型抗磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产疗效显著,可降低中医证候积分,提高中医证候疗效、抗磷脂抗体转阴率及活产率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue prescription combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent abortion with positive anti-phospholipid antibody of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:60 cases of recurrent abortion with positive anti-phospholipid antibody of kidney deficiency and blood stasis prescription were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases each.The patients in the control group were given low molecular weight heparin sodium,while the patients in the observation group were given Bushen Huoxue Prescription on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM Syndrome score,curative effect of TCM syndromes,negative conversion rate of anti-phospholipid antibody,live birth rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The curative effect of TCM syndromes was 90.00% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The negative conversion rate of anti-phospholipid antibody was 96.67% in the observation group and 83.33% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The living rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue prescription combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium has a significant effect on the treatment of recurrent abortion with positive anti-phospholipid antibody of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can reduce the TCM Syndrome score,improve the curative effect of TCM syndromes,negative conversion rate of anti-phospholipid antibody and live birth rate.
