“六点四向疗法”治疗落枕

"Liudian Sixiang Therapy" in the Treatment of Stiff Neck

目的:观察"六点四向疗法"治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法:120例落枕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用"六点四向疗法"治疗,对照组采用传统按摩手法治疗。两组患者均每天治疗1次,连续治疗3 d。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、颈椎活动度,比较两组患者疼痛度和颈椎活动度,并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组颈椎活动度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为87.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"四点六向疗法"治疗落枕疗效显著,可明显降低患者VAS,提高颈椎活动度。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of "Liudian Sixiang therapy" in the treatment of stiff neck.Methods:120 patients with stiff neck were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with "Liudian Sixiang therapy" and the control group was treated with traditional massage techniques.Both groups were treated once a day for 3 days of continuous treatment.The pain degree and cervical vertebra activity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cervical vertebra activity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%.The effective rate of the control group was 87.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The " Liudian Sixiang therapy " treatment of the stiff neck is effective,which can significantly reduce the patient′s VAS and improve the cervical vertebra activity.
