摘要
为解决超深基坑中塔吊的格构式承台基础由于立柱较长而出现长细比偏小的不利情况,设想将塔吊基础立柱与基坑围护结构支撑作连接,从而对立柱形成较强的水平约束,以减小立柱的受压计算长度。依托杭州中心项目,建立了塔吊基础独立模型、塔吊基础与围护结构和内支撑的整体有限元模型,分别进行围护结构变形对塔吊的影响和塔吊荷载对围护结构的影响分析,论证了塔吊基础立柱利用支撑作连接的可行性,为后续和类似的塔吊基础专项施工方案的编制提供依据和借鉴。
In order to solve the unfavorable situation that the tower crane lattice cap foundation in the ultra-deep foundation pit has a small slenderness ratio due to the longer column,it is proposed to have the tower crane foundation columns connected with the foundation pit retaining structure support,so as to form a strong horizontal constraint on the columns and reduce the calculation length of column under compression.Relying on the Hangzhou Central Project,the independent model of tower crane foundation and the integral finite element model of tower crane foundation and the retaining structure with internal support are established.The influence of support structure deformation on tower crane and the influence of tower crane load on support structure are analyzed respectively.The feasibility of tower crane foundation columns connected with foundation pit retaining structure support is demonstrated,which provides basis or reference for subsequent and similar special construction schemes of tower crane foundation.
