摘要
山东城市建设职业学院实验实训中心属于大型公共建筑被动房,其外墙、外门窗、屋面等外围护结构的建筑做法全部结合德国被动房的特点进行了优化设计及施工,取得显著成效。工程完竣后,通过了德国能源署被动房验收。
The Experimental Training Center of Shandong Vocational College of Urban Construction is a passive building of large public building.Its external walls,doors and windows,roofs and other external enclosure structures are all optimized and constructed in accordance with the characteristics of German passive houses,and remarkable results are achieved.After the completion of the project,it passed the German Energy Agency passive house acceptance.
