超高层建筑施工中的机电安装管理分析

Analysis of Mechanical and Electrical Installation Management in Super High-Rise Building Construction

由于超高层建筑项目的特殊性,使之在机电施工管理过程中将遇到许多一般建筑项目所没有遇到过的问题,如设备材料的运输、施工技术的采用、系统的调试、人员的调配及参建单位的协调等。以上海中心大厦的机电安装为例,着重对上海中心酒店区、精品办公区、塔冠区3个分区的机电安装管理进行分析,提出对超高层建筑中机电专业的管理要点,并拟定相应的解决建议及系统性方案,希冀为超高层建筑施工管理工作提供参考。

Due to the particularity of super high-rise building project,it will encounter many problems which are not encountered by the general construction project during mechanical and electrical construction management,such as transportation of equipment and materials,adoption of construction technology,debugging for system,personnel allocation and coordination of participating units,etc.Taking the mechanical and electrical installation of Shanghai Tower as an example,the mechanical and electrical installation management in Shanghai Tower hotel area,high-quality office area and tower crown area are analyzed emphatically,the key management points of mechanical and electrical specialty in super high-rise buildings are proposed,and the corresponding solutions and systematic schemes are drawn up.It is expected to provide a reference for the construction management of super high-rise buildings.
