高洁净度不锈钢压缩空气管道焊接技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 不锈钢洁净管道的焊接是电子等行业要求最严苛的技术之一。结合工程实际,指出不锈钢洁净压缩空气管道的钨极氩弧焊必须从人、机、料、法、环、加工、装配等多方面、多环节进行控制,尤其强调需要搭建专门的洁净室以防止污染、必须采用高纯氩作为保护气体、焊接内壁基本做到不氧化,焊工必须具备单面焊双面成形技能等才能满足严苛的施工要求。 Welding of stainless steel clea n pipeli nes is one of the most dema nding tech no logies in electr onics and other industries. Combining with engineering practice, it is pointed out that the tungsten argon arc welding of stainless steel clea n compressed air pipeline must be con trolled in many aspects, such as operators, machi nes, materials, methods, rings, processing, assembly, and so on. In particular, it is emphasized that, to meet the strictest construction requirements, special clean rooms must be built to prevent pollution, high purity argon must be used as protective gas, the inner wall of welding is basically non-oxidized, and welders must have one-side welding with back formation skills.
