摘要
刚构桥边跨直线段及合龙段的施工,需根据桥梁结构形式、地形条件等因素制订合理的施工方案,并应通过科学验证,以确保施工安全。资兴高速公路青云大桥的T形刚构边跨直线段及合龙段的施工,因环境条件复杂,故对原设计的合龙顺序进行了变更,采用了挂篮吊架施工技术。通过数值建模分析,验证了挂篮吊架设计方案的强度、刚度及稳定性等各项力学指标,均满足要求,最终成功应用于实践。
In the con structio n of side span straight sectio n and closure sectio n of rigid frame bridge, a reas on able construction scheme should be formulated according to factors of bridge structure form, terrain conditions, etc., and its con struction safety should be en sured through scie ntific verification. Due to complex envir on mental conditions, the originally designed closure sequence for the construction of T-shaped rigid frame side span straight section and closure section of Qingyun Bridge on Zixing Expressway is cha nged, and the hanging basket han ger con structi on tech no logy is adopted. Through numerical modeling and analysis, the strength, stiffness, stability and other mechanical indicators of the hanging basket han ger design scheme are verified to meet the requireme nts and finally are applied to practice successfully.
