摘要 在老旧建筑中,砌体竖向承载力的退化将导致结构存在安全隐患,需要对其进行加固修复。经研究,在外包型钢法的基础上提出了一种提升砌墙承载力的加固方法,并为此专项开展了竖向加载试验。试验结果表明:加固后的墙体承载能力和延性明显提升,钢格构柱与墙体协同工作良好,发挥了砌体格构柱的平面约束作用。 In old buildings, the deterioration of vertical bearing capacity of masonry will lead to potential safety hazards in the structure, which needs to be strengthened and repaired. Based on the study, a reinforcement method of enhancing masonry wall bearing capacity is proposed on the basis of section steel cladding method, and a special vertical loading test is carried out for this purpose. The test results show that the bearing capacity and ductility of the strengthened wall are obviously improved, and the steel latticed columns work well with the wall, which gives play to the planar restraint function of masonry latticed column.
