摘要
以苏州旧城区一典型的桥梁加固维修为背景,提出了快干水泥铺装更换、预应力CFRP板抢修施工、裂缝“壁可”法快速修复等施工技术。同时对连续梁箱梁底部碳纤维加固前后的桥梁承载力进行了Abaqus软件局部分析,表明采用应力CFRP板粘贴后的桥梁承载力可提高30%以上。
Taking the typical bridge reinforcement and repair in the old urban area of Suzhou as the background, the constructio n technologies of pavement replaceme nt by acceleratedcement, emerge nt repair construction by prestressed CFRP plate and rapid repair of cracks by Balloon Injection method fast repair are put forward. At the same time, Abaqus software is used to partially analyze the bearing capacity of continuous box girder bridge before and after CFRP rein forceme nt, which shows that the bearing capacity of the bridge can be in creased by more than 30% after bonding with pre-stressed CFRP plates.
