基于工程项目管理的BIM建模标准研究

Research on BIM Modeling Standard Based on Engineering Project Management

为进一步推动BIM技术在工程项目管理中的应用,结合上海某数据中心工程施工实践,分析归纳了工程项目管理工作对BIM应用的具体需求,并以“按阶段分需求,以需求定标准”为原则制订了建模标准,规范了建模深度、命名规则以及色彩规定,从而提升项目管理工作效率,为后续制订适用于工程各参与方、全生命周期的建模标准提供参考。

To further promote the application of BIM technology in engineering management,combined with the construction practice of a data center project in Shanghai,the specific requirements of project management for BIM application are analyzed and summarized.Based on the principle of "demand by stages and standard by demand",the modeling standards are formulated,the modeling depth,naming rules and color regulations are standardized,which improve the project management efficiency and provide references for the subsequent formulation of modeling standards applicable to all participants in the project and the whole life cycle.
