摘要
根据水下施工固化防腐蚀涂料的特点与要求,以双酚A型液体环氧和双酚F型液体环氧为主要基料,选用脂肪胺B和脂环胺A作为固化剂,以邻甲苯基缩水甘油醚为活性稀释剂制备了一种石墨烯改性水下施工固化无溶剂环氧防腐蚀涂料。采用空气喷涂法制备样板,干膜厚度可达到(23±2)μm,然后对其进行各项性能测试。实验结果表明:该涂料具有良好的粘附力和优异的防腐蚀性能,而且水下施工方便,可用于水中以及高温、高湿、无法除锈等严苛环境下大型设施的维修和新建,满足水下使用对涂料综合性能的要求。
According to the characteristics and requirements of the underwater curing anticorrosive coatings, a graphene modified solventless underwater curing epoxy anticorrosive coatings was prepared by using bisphenol A and bisphenol F liquid epoxy resins as main binders,aliphatic amine B and alicyclic amine A as curing agents ,and o-tolyl glycidyl ether as reactive diluent. The samples were applied by air spraying, and the thickness of dry film was up to (23±2)μm, then the properties of the samples were tested. The experimental results showed that the coatings exhibited excellent adhesion and anticorrosive performance and convenient underwater application. It could be used for the maintenance and construction of large-scale facilities in water and in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity and unable to remove rust and fully met the requirements of comprehensive performance of coatings for underwater uses.
