摘要
针对南关矿2号煤层三采区内高应力环境下软弱煤层工作面合理煤柱宽度留设问题,由回采巷道煤柱临界宽度的理论计算方法估算了煤柱的宽度极限,并采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了上区段工作面回采结束后围岩中的应力分布规律及其影响因素,研究了新准备工作面巷道掘进后围岩的应力及位移演化特征,确定了南关矿2号煤三采区工作面合理的煤柱宽度。进行现场应用后收到了良好的效果。研究结果可为南关矿三采区合理煤柱留设提供科学指导并为同类型采区提供参考。
In order to seek the reasonable width of coal pillar in the 3th mining district of No. 2 coal in Nanguan coal mine with weak surrounding rock and high stress condition. The critical width of coal pillar has been estimated by the theoretical calculation method. And the stress distribution law and its influence factor in the coal seam after the previous working face finishing has been analyzed by numerical simulation software FLAC3D. Meanwhile, the stress and deformation characteristic during the excavation of roadway in the next working face has been studied and the reasonable width of coal pillar has been confirmed. It has made good result in practice, the results can provide a scientific guidance for Nanguan coal mine and others in preserving reasonable coal pillar.
