摘要
提供了一种适合超低碳钢用RH真空处理脱硫剂,解决了现有技术中RH真空处理脱硫时存在脱硫率低,对耐火材料侵蚀较大,熔化慢,对钢液有增碳风险的问题。该脱硫剂能提高脱硫效率,稳定脱硫率大于30%,提高钢水纯净度,且能提高耐材使用寿命,与使用配加萤石的方式相比,可提高耐火材料寿命,降低综合生产成本。
This paper provides a kind of desulfurizer suitable for ultra-low carbon steel using in RH vacuum treatment process. It solves many problems in RH vacuum treatment desulfurization with current technology, such as low desulfurization rate, large erosion to refractory materials, slow melting rate and risks of carbon increasing to molten steel. This desulfurizer can improve desulfurization efficiency, stabilize desulfurization rate and improve the purity of molten steel. In addition, it can improve the life of the refractory material compared with the method of adding fluorite,thereby reducing overall production costs.
